Hello, if you’ve been wondering who I am, allow me to introduce myself. My name is
Logic. Living in Palm Springs today, after being drawn on a cocktail napkin in
Hollywood by a creative artist from Hanna-Barbera studios in 1993 I was given my
online life in 1995 in Yorba Linda California, you know where the Nixon Library
is located.
Where I really became popular was in Palm Springs California when I Logic became the
official weather website mascot for Palm Springs Weather at
PsView.com providing weather
for the world to enjoy especially around July of each year when the temperatures climb
to 117+ degrees, WOW. About my look and style, I am yellow with cool hair and glasses. I love my shoes because the ground can get really hot so these keep me cool. |

Long Term Growth Plan
Viper Logic Weather project growth plan including:

- Orange County Surfing
Viper Logic is developing 3 main websites with 135 coastal, 36 Orange County cities,
and 6 Orange County Surfing community websites. October 13th 2006 we initially
released 25 coastal community website and a single Beach Discussion Forum.
What we are building:
This project is referred to as an Internet real estate cluster featuring live weather
and information websites targeting each California beach community, each Orange County
inland city and 6 Orange County Surfing locations.
As you may already be aware, each beach and city location expresses a unique community
about itself and is not to be compared or confused with other neighboring beach or city
locations. Recognizing this community lifestyle is where Viper Logic set out to provide
real-time weather and relevant weather informative websites uniquely designed and crafted
to meet the comfort and feeling of each beach and city location.
California, Orange County and in particular the coast line of the state is the most
sought after real estate and place to live or visit in the world. Enjoy greater
then print media ROI (return on investment) rewards via advertising space on your
own websites. Control your advertising dollars forever.
We are offering 1 main and 135 coastline websites, 1 main and 29 inland Orange County
city websites, 1 main and 6 Orange County Surfing locations and over 392 unique .com
domain names specific to weather covering the entire coast line and all of Orange County
California. 29 websites have been built as of this release and will continue growing to
over 135 beach or Orange County city locations at a rate of 2 or more per month until
completed. Estimated project completion date is 2010.
We have also released BeachForum.com a website for discussions between people or groups
to enjoy sharing beach related stories or experiences. Post questions let other beach
lovers answer them.
Released weather websites will also be receiving additional features as described below.
Each website will have some or all of the below listed features:
Live update weather, humidly, wind speed, wind chill, heat index, dew point, barometer,
5 day weather forecast, extended forecast and conditions, weather statistics, hourly,
daily, annual highs and lows, annual temperature averages, weather statistics, city
history, about each city information, location map, live web cams, city websites and
community links, feedback form, High and low tide information, surf conditions, moon
phases.
Why domain names are Internet real estate:
Each domain name is a piece of real estate for the Internet like land is to a real
estate owner, it is all about location, location, location. Once a domain name is taken
(registered), it is forever gone. We used our advanced technology engineering tools to
learn what and how a person types on a particular search phrase into all major search
engines to arrive at what they are precisely looking for. We then began buying the key
word phrases in the form of domain names then applied them to this targeted weather
project. Over the past 7 years of buying these domain names is in part why our project

We will build and release the individual websites at 2 per month or more. Our plan is to
continue over the next several years to include all of these coastal locations thus increasing
site traffic popularity after each new website is released. Each location when added will
stand on its own and have a link location form the main website CaliforniaBeachWeather.com.
In addition we are trained in getting traffic to our websites as Viper Logic is
certified in SEO/SEM Search Engine Optimization and Marketing.
These training techniques allow us to apply to any website we optimize (such as each beach
website including CaliforniaBeachWeather.com have been completed) causing the viewer to
come to the first page on any search engine that people would use when finding out about
a particular beach locations weather and relevant information pertaining to weather.

Orange County California has 29 non beach cities home to some of the highest income
individuals in the USA.
OrangeCountySurfing.com
These are 6 of the most popular Southern California Surfing locations on the west coast
and these are being included for the targeting of yet a younger demographic for your
products future growth and brand awareness. There will be one main website named
OrangeCountySurfing.com with a link to each of the 6 surf locations.
Our projected website traffic is over 3 million viewers per month upon the completion of
the entire state of California.
How we created this project comes from over 7 years of running Palm Springs Weather located
here at PsView.com and
PalmSpringsForum.com.
We studied and interviewed thousands of visitors to Palm Springs, California learning a
lot about their lifestyle, buying and travel habits. Over the past decade we have been
buying website domain names and today own each California Beach location.
This project can never be built again because of the inventory of domain names (Internet Real
Estate) we have accumulated using our skills in Internet traffic behavioral practices.
